Online Clinic is just that – an online clinic that gives you access to a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, regardless of where you live in Ontario. It brings healthcare to you so that you don’t have to take time out of your day to travel and sit in a waiting room.

Most extended health insurance covers the services of a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario. Check with yours to see what is covered.

Sorry! We do not currently offer direct billing. You will receive an invoice with all of the information necessary to submit it yourself.

You can book online at any time. You will then receive an email with all the forms asking you questions about your health goals. Filling them out is the first step in getting you closer to reaching those goals.

Yes, we are currently only accepting patients who live in Ontario.

This is actually a really hard question to answer because results will vary from person to person depending on many factors, including your commitment. However, a general rule of thumb is that you will typically start seeing an improvement around 3-4 weeks after we get started.

We offer a variety of testing options to help identify the cause of your health concerns. We can order conventional lab tests through your local Lifelabs. For example, we use these tests to check for anemias, iron deficiency, thyroid conditions, fertility workups, diabetes, and much more.

We also order specialized functional tests such as:

•     Comprehensive hormone tests (DUTCH or saliva)
•     Comprehensive stool tests
•     Testing for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
•     Food sensitivity and intolerance testing
•     Adrenal function tests

Our patients have access to professional-grade supplements via our online dispensary HERE. Feel free to purchase your supplements from any other store though! We just try to make it easy by giving you an option to ship them directly to your home.
